earning an Ivy League MBA on a full-tuition fellowship... and spending a summer volunteering as a health worker in remote villages of the Andes Mountains in South America during a cholera epidemic + raising $3,000 in humanitarian / development aid

flying to Africa by myself to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro... going on safari in Kenya... hiking with the Hmong hill tribes in Vietnam... getting married on the island of Bali... living in remote villages of the Andes Mountains in Ecuador

Canon SLR camera (although I'd love to upgrade my lenses)... delicious pastries / dessert and good food. I enjoy shooting photography, but I'm also a foodie at heart, so a well cooked meal is simply the best.
