Someday I'm going to:
21 Days challenge by: kazu27
My friend told me that if one wants to break a habit or make a new thing habit, one has to keep doing it everyday for 21 Days to make that permanent.
So my bad habit is binge eating, and eating sweets as meal, and I will quit!

overall healthy yet less calories would be better.

but 24th was not good, so back to day 1 on 25th
