One of my favorite places is Caracas at 91 E. 7th St. Awesome and cheap Venezuelan food.

Favorite place to get a slice of pizza: Pizza Box at 176 Bleecker

Happy eating :-)

If you like Indian food, Kati Rolls on MacDougal between W. 3rd and Bleecker makes delicious and addictive roti rolls with various filling choices: chicken tikka, lamb, paneer (kind of cheese), aloo masala (spicy mashed potato & veggie mixture), beef, also with option of a layer of scrambled egg (called unda). My personal favorite is the unda chicken roll. I eat there every time I`m in the area! One is enough for a light meal, but get two if you`re really hungry. Not a place for fancy ambience, though.

I had never spent much time in Hell`s Kitchen, but my friend recently moved there and I had lunch at a great Thai place on 9th (&55th?) called Room Service. Really good food and the lunch special (which included an appetizer & entree) was only $7...and it was a Saturday! I feel like that`s a rare find.

Two places in Hells Kitchen that are definitely worth trying. Rice & Beans is a Brazilian joint on 9th Avenue and 46/47, cheap and delicious. One of my favorite places is Azzuri Cafe on 10th Av/51st St. I can honestly say its the best falafel I`ve had to date. I used to eat there once a week when I lived in Hells Kitchen.

I love this burger place. You might have already heard of it, Shake Shack. I normally get their Shack burger and cheese with fries. That comes out to be maybe 8 dollars because of the extra cheese on the fries. But it`s so good. It`s the Madison Square Park. Enjoy.

There`s tons of great places to eat in NYC. I tend to wander around in St. Mark`s for restaurants when I can`t decide on an exact place to eat. If you like ramen, I`d recommend Sapporo East in the East Village. I had the Special Miso Ramen and it was delicious.

Since eating is a BIG "hobby" of mine, I also write little personal reviews about some of the places I`ve eaten at on my food blog if you want to check it out. The blog address is http://yummyyummyhungrytummy.wordpress.com .

Good luck with your restaurant search! =)

Sala is a fantastic place for tapas. I`ve gone their many times and it never disappoints. They have a really cool lounge downstairs as well with incredible glass mosaic work on the walls.

If you like barbeque, I suggest Blue Smoke. It`s on E. 27th St, between Park and Lex. They`ve got a ton of choices and reasonable prices for what they serve.

You can check out their menus and more at their website:

mySomeday is designed to help you achieve those goals and dreams you’ve always said you’d get to ‘Someday’. It was born from a universal truth; everyone has ‘somedays’ they want to realize. It was designed to address a universal reality; life, laziness or lack of know-how makes achievement elusive. ‘Plans’ are meant to address this gap between truth and reality. Whether you build your own original Plan or copy and customize an existing Expert or Community Plan, this detailed roadmap is meant to get you from start to finish. With a Plan, you can track your progress, set reminders and deadlines, get feedback from the community and much more. In addition to Plans, we hope that all of the elements of the site and the social connections that spring up will take people from idea, to plan, to partnership, and, ultimately, to achievement.
