  • img_i`ve decided that for the next month, i`m going to forget that i have an elevator. i live in a six floor building and i come up and down the stairs at least 3 times a day. its 104 steps so that would equal 624 steps per day. i have to believe that this will make a difference.

globehound(974 Days ago)Thanks. Surgery in 10 days and counting. The forced rehab might just be the spark I need to get moving back in the right direction. I think being forced to exercise the leg might somehow become a full body exercise routine. Fingers crossed.Flag as Inappropriate

AshleyRae(449 Days ago)After you accomplish this someday, give the blueprint to your brother (my dad). He needs help. Eating four pieces of cake in one sitting isn`t good for him. Or his fiance.Flag as Inappropriate

JoeSomebody2(384 Days ago)Yoga...how I miss doing it. And how guilty I feel for never taking part in any official classes. Was self taught, and was doing fine, but never could bring myself to join real classes (cost and time always tends to come up). Need to get myself back into such habits like no one`s business. :PFlag as Inappropriate

globehound(383 Days ago)I highly recommend taking classes. Get good ideas and also get to see more advanced people do poses. All really instructive. I bet there is a lot of free instructional videos that you can find as well.Flag as Inappropriate

What is mySomeday.com Close
mySomeday is designed to help you achieve those goals and dreams you’ve always said you’d get to ‘Someday’. It was born from a universal truth; everyone has ‘somedays’ they want to realize. It was designed to address a universal reality; life, laziness or lack of know-how makes achievement elusive. ‘Plans’ are meant to address this gap between truth and reality. Whether you build your own original Plan or copy and customize an existing Expert or Community Plan, this detailed roadmap is meant to get you from start to finish. With a Plan, you can track your progress, set reminders and deadlines, get feedback from the community and much more. In addition to Plans, we hope that all of the elements of the site and the social connections that spring up will take people from idea, to plan, to partnership, and, ultimately, to achievement.
