Anyone know of any apartments that will come available in May? I'm looking for a 1 or 2 BR in the West Village. Any opinions on whether the rent is going to continue to come down?

If the current listings on craigslist is any indication things are definitely still dr0pping. At this point I`m not even sure my apartment here on Jane St. is such a bargain anymore...

hahaha I don't have lawyer blood like you...the thought of that just sounds painful...maybe I can tell them I'm breaking my lease and there's nothing they can do about it because they often forget to turn the heat on in the winter?

Hmm... I think you need to document the request to turn the heat on and get a certified letter mailed. If you manage that then you can break your lease whenever you like.
