Someday I'm going to:
Gain 20lbs of Muscle by: cmccann
I`m currently 6`2` and 180lbs... My goal is to work out evenly and effectively enough to get up to 200 LBS without adding any additional fat. I want to do it to increase my overall health and get laid. Hey, at least I`m honest.

lulu(1170 Days ago)a few months ago i read an article about how push-ups are a great, classic, all-around strengthening exercise and a good indicator of physical fitness. you need to use your arms, abs, back muscles, legs... pretty much everything to keep good push-up form, plus you need endurance to be able to do a lot of them. and the other good thing about them is that all you need is a floor.Flag as Inappropriate

zachwashere(1170 Days ago)Oh man, yeah, I remember reading about something similar actually.

This is the site: http://hundredpushups.com/

I wanted to give this a shot...I would imagine that the ability to do 100 pushups would lead to you adding quite a bit of muscle.

cmccann(1169 Days ago)I cannot do 100 push ups... sadly, I can only do about 12. I will, however, start doing as many as I can daily. (Hell, how long does it take to do 24 push ups, and that`s if I double my capacity.)Flag as Inappropriate

A4S4L4(1168 Days ago)You should have a push-up contest with Zach`s mom. She`d kick your ass.
Or if you want to feel better about yourself, you and I can have one this weekend. I can`t even do one.
Maybe you can teach me?

A4S4L4(1032 Days ago)Chase, you haven`t even found a place to work out yet? Get movin` friend! If you want to come down to Champaign this weekend and save me from these overachieving grad students, I`ll go on a 12-mile walk/run through the cornfields with you? Come on. Sounds romantic, right? ;-)Flag as Inappropriate

What is mySomeday.com Close
mySomeday is designed to help you achieve those goals and dreams you’ve always said you’d get to ‘Someday’. It was born from a universal truth; everyone has ‘somedays’ they want to realize. It was designed to address a universal reality; life, laziness or lack of know-how makes achievement elusive. ‘Plans’ are meant to address this gap between truth and reality. Whether you build your own original Plan or copy and customize an existing Expert or Community Plan, this detailed roadmap is meant to get you from start to finish. With a Plan, you can track your progress, set reminders and deadlines, get feedback from the community and much more. In addition to Plans, we hope that all of the elements of the site and the social connections that spring up will take people from idea, to plan, to partnership, and, ultimately, to achievement.
