A Conversation with alexigue.
Buried in digital photos? Alexigue had virtual piles and decided that it was high time to sort them out.MSD: What made you decide to do this?
ALEXIGUE: I had tons of digital pictures and they were all located in different files/folders. I always had trouble finding the pictures I wanted to view so I finally decided that something had to be done or I would go crazy.

MSD: Did you find any of the Steps particularly challenging? If so, how did you overcome the obstacle(s)?
ALEXIGUE: Just finding the pictures that I wanted to organize was sometimes difficult and there were times when I couldn`t quite place a photo with a specific trip. I just kept at it and eventually managed to figure out the time/place of each photo.

MSD: Any general advice or tips you`d like to share?
ALEXIGUE: When you are saving photos to your computer, be sure to give them a specific name and place them in a logically named folder so that you`ll always know where to find them and what they are related to. It makes retrieving them so much easier and you`ll avoid the mess that I initially created.

MSD: What`s the next Someday you plan to make a reality?
ALEXIGUE: I`d like to lose weight. I have been working on that one since I registered but a recent surgery set me back a bit. I hope to accomplish that someday by the end of the summer.
