Someday I'm going to:

I want to lose weight to feel good about myself. I do feel like I am pretty because I am a little bigger. I want to stop buying bigger jeans everytime. I also want to do it for my health. It could be in danger if I do not do something about it asap!

i tend to make a lot of excuses for not working out. i am going to stop that and start working out every chance i get. i can't wait!

update 8/28: so its back to square one again. i had started this back in march and lost weight then i went through surgery and gained it all back and haven't gotten the time to start again. but now i do. for reals this time.
    Step 1: Stop making excuses for not working out.
    I tend to make a lot of excuses for not working out. I am going to stop that and start working out every chance I get. I can't wait!

  • img_develop a consistent gym routine. i'm going to start tomorrow morning. excersie at 8 am so i can into the habit of doing so. these are the days i am going to work out

mondays @ 8am
tuesdays @ 8am
wednesdays @ 8am.

update: yesterday was my last day eating out. i am going to make my lunch from now on for either school or work. and if i do decide to go out to eat i am going to get something healthy to eat. no more juicy burgers or impecable pastas! and i have to start liking more veggies.

    1.Clense my body!
    2. Cut soda out completelty!
    3. Cut out fast food and eating out.
    4. Eat more veggies and fruit.

suko(801 Days ago)Good luck with this plan, its a good one. If it helps, I also have trouble staying motivated but I`ve started to commit to going to the gym regardless of how I feel at that moment and its been working great. And the more I go, the more I want to go.Flag as Inappropriate
