Someday I'm going to:
weigh what I used to in high school by: Niki
My goal is to weigh what I used to weigh in high school. As an athlete in high school, I was in the best shape of my life. Then the "freshman fifteen" snuck up on me. Now that college is over, it`s time to lose those fifteen pounds for good.
This is my plan | 100%

Mission accomplished. Ironically, I got recruited via Facebook to play for this team that`s been playing together for several years. I`m excited to finally find a team I can belong to and play with for future seasons.

  • img_eat healthier. eliminate soda from your diet and give up french fries altogether, as much as you love them. soda is the liquid satan and fries are also known as cellulite sticks.

i've decided moderation is key, and by moderation i mean once in a blue moon, seldomnly as a special treat.

azhure(1876 Days ago)I think that you are on the right track! I have the same issue - I was in killer shape up until 24, then stopped working out. I`ve tried just doing the gym thing, but I find it really boring. The fact that you are doing the sports team first is really smart! I wish that I had figured that out myself sooner.Flag as Inappropriate

globehound(1873 Days ago)I`m in the same boat as well. I like the elements of your Plan above. I think varying exercise between actual sporting activities, yoga and a gym routine is a great way to actually stay committed. I`m the kind of person that actually needs a lot of variation otherwise I get bored. Please keep us updated as you progress through and add updates if you discover anything along the way.Flag as Inappropriate

What is mySomeday.com Close
mySomeday is designed to help you achieve those goals and dreams you’ve always said you’d get to ‘Someday’. It was born from a universal truth; everyone has ‘somedays’ they want to realize. It was designed to address a universal reality; life, laziness or lack of know-how makes achievement elusive. ‘Plans’ are meant to address this gap between truth and reality. Whether you build your own original Plan or copy and customize an existing Expert or Community Plan, this detailed roadmap is meant to get you from start to finish. With a Plan, you can track your progress, set reminders and deadlines, get feedback from the community and much more. In addition to Plans, we hope that all of the elements of the site and the social connections that spring up will take people from idea, to plan, to partnership, and, ultimately, to achievement.
