A Conversation with LaurenEliza.
LaurenEliza likes challenges, especially ones that she can fit into 30 days.MSD: What made you decide to do this?
LAURENELIZA: I decided to do a 30-day Bikram challenge because I felt a lack of focus or enjoyment in my day to day life. I needed a catalyst that would jump start my year and put me on a good path. I`m also a very active person and like to push myself and test my limits.

MSD: Did you find any of the Steps particularly challenging? If so, how did you overcome the obstacle(s)?
LAURENELIZA: Week 2 was a little difficult because my body was starting to become tired without a day off. I think it took a while to adjust but then my energy started to regulate and everyday felt like a high.

MSD: Any general advice or tips you`d like to share?
LAURENELIZA: Set constant challenges for yourself, see what you are able to achieve and never stop learning. Take in every experience.

MSD: What`s the next Someday you plan to make a reality?
LAURENELIZA: Learn to play my guitar and continue with Italian lessons!
