I first practiced Bikram with a dear friend of mine who went on to yoga training in Mexico and now teaches in Brooklyn (Sarah you are still the best teacher by the way!). I`ve always been a tad bit envious as I would pretty much die to have my passion also be my job. I`m hoping that a month of yoga will not only reduce the "lbs" that I`ve gained from sitting at my desk all day but also start my year off with some clarity and focus for the year ahead.Flag as Inappropriate
